The expertise behind Archie

A decade of hearing-care expertise, built into Archie.

Joe Gallagher has spent more than a decade as a hearing-care provider, trainer, owner, operator, and executive, including years as one of the industry's highest-producing providers and sales leaders. He has built hearing-care companies, trained hundreds of employees, led multi-location organizations, and advised hearing-aid manufacturers and hearing-care MedTech companies. Archie turns that experience into a sales coach every provider can access.

Joe is the source of the methodology. Archie is the system that makes it repeatable.

Field lessons turned into product decisions

The career matters because it shaped the coaching.

Archie reflects a set of practical lessons learned across patient evaluations, provider development, ownership, and multi-clinic leadership.

  1. 01

    Private before public

Providers need room to be imperfect. Archie gives them a private place to rehearse realistic hearing-care conversations before the lesson reaches a patient.

  2. 02

    Diagnose before responding

A patient concern and its assumed cause are not the same thing. Archie helps the provider identify the barrier before coaching the response.

  3. 03

    Support without taking over

Live Assist keeps the method available during the evaluation while the provider remains responsible for the conversation and the clinical relationship.

  4. 04

    Evidence before opinion

Useful feedback should show what happened, explain why it mattered, and point to the next focused practice session.

  5. 05

    Visibility with boundaries

Providers need honest practice. Leaders need useful patterns. Archie separates private coaching detail from authorized development and accountability signals.

Why I built Archie

Good coaching should be available between the occasional moments when a manager can be in the room.

Providers deserve a private place to practice, support when an evaluation becomes difficult, and specific feedback they can use the next time. Clinic leaders deserve a method they can reinforce across locations without turning development into surveillance.

Archie makes the methodology available through the product, so its value does not depend on my personal availability.
